Team Percussion take a leap for National Finals fundraiser
Team Percussion are zip-lining and bungee jumping to help fund our trip to the National Finals in September!
Perthshire Brass "Team Percussion" are embarking on an exhilarating fundraising adventure to support our journey to the 2025 National Finals in Cheltenham this September.
Following our victory in the Second Section at the Scottish Brass Band Championships in March, we earned the honour of representing Scotland at the National Brass Band Championships of Great Britain - Second Section Final at Cheltenham Racecourse in September.
To help cover the substantial costs associated with travel, accommodation, and participation, Team Percussion are taking on some extreme challenges: Mel will confront her fear of heights by undertaking a zip line experience, while the other members of our percussion section will be taking on a daring 40m bungee jump at the spectacular Pass of Killiecrankie gorge, near Pitlochry on 5th August.
They have set an ambitious fundraising target of £1,000 and every contribution, no matter the size, plays a vital role in our journey. Donations can be made securely through our JustGiving page.
